If clients do not have specific purchasing sites/locations in mind, we will conduct comprehensive market research using the product specifications provided, and purchase samples after consulting with them. Furthermore, we offer additional assistance to clients who require insights into market competitiveness and consumer preferences for their products in the United States.
Transportation of goods

Usually, clients are expected to prepay the shipping costs for the product samples we assist in buying. We are responsible for repackaging the items based on the specific instructions given by the shipping companies. Most of our existing clients opt for shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS to collect the packaged samples directly from our location. Nevertheless, if needed, we can also coordinate the shipping services for them.
Agreement on Service Fees

Upon request for assistance, we furnish clients with the original product receipt and any relevant shipping costs we may have covered.
