Demystifying the Process: How Sample Purchasing Services Actually Work

Our personalized one-on-one services cater to clients' needs by gathering information on sample requirements and preferred purchase sites/locations. If clients do not have specific purchasing sites/locations in mind, we will conduct comprehensive market research using the product specifications provided, and purchase samples after consulting with them. Furthermore, we offer additional assistance to clients who require insights into market competitiveness and consumer preferences for their products in the United States.


Transportation of goods

Usually, clients are expected to prepay the shipping costs for the product samples we assist in buying. We are responsible for repackaging the items based on the specific instructions given by the shipping companies. Most of our existing clients opt for shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS to collect the packaged samples directly from our location. Nevertheless, if needed, we can also coordinate the shipping services for them.


Agreement on Service Fees

Dr. Highland upholds a straightforward and open policy regarding the charges for product samples that we help clients acquire. Upon request for assistance, we furnish clients with the original product receipt and any relevant shipping costs we may have covered. Our fee includes a service charge, inspired by the tipping custom in the United States. Clients are at liberty to choose the percentage of the service fee they wish to remit. Our ethos revolves around offering flexibility and empowering clients to gauge their satisfaction with our services.
