We offer support with three main types of applications: summer school, US embassy visa, and accommodation. When it comes to summer school applications, we collaborate closely with camp providers to grasp the required documents for registration and assist families in their preparation. We take care of account management, payment submissions, and immunization translations. For visa applications, we provide guidance on necessary documentation and assist families through the entire process with the US embassy. Furthermore, our consultants aid in accommodation applications by helping families arrange airplane tickets, airport pick-up, housing, food, and transportation, ensuring a stress-free experience for summer camp participants. Our team is knowledgeable about the specific requirements and procedures for each application, ensuring accurate completion and timely submission of all necessary documents. A service agreement will outline these applications and will be signed between us and our family clients.

Consultation Before Camp

Conducting pre-camp consultations with our family clients is crucial. Fee for services

Our fee system is transparent and primarily encompasses two types of expenses: 1) all fees associated with summer camp applications, such as those paid separately to summer schools, embassies, airlines, landlords, and car rental companies. We will provide clients with all original invoices. 2) A service fee will be applied for guiding families through the application process, reflecting the time and expertise our team offers. However, the settlement of this service fee will be tailored to each family's individual situation. This highly adaptable fee structure will be outlined in the cooperation agreement, signed only after reaching an agreement with the family.
